At Gloria Bloom LLC, we understand that you want your orders to arrive promptly and in perfect condition. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping methods, timeframes, costs, and your responsibilities as a customer. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

By placing an order with Gloria Bloom, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy.


Order Processing Time

Standard Processing: 1-2 business days

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days of order confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays.

Processing Steps:

  1. Order placed and payment confirmed

  2. Order verification (may include fraud checks)

  3. Product picking and packing

  4. Shipping label creation

  5. Handoff to carrier

Important Notes:

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day

  • Processing times may be extended during peak seasons (November-December) or major sales events

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships


Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as U.S. territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. We also ship to APO/FPO military addresses via USPS.

Please Note:

  • Delivery estimates begin after order processing, not after order placement

  • Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control

  • Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may require additional delivery time

Domestic Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Total weight of your order

  • Package dimensions

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected shipping method

We do not offer flat-rate shipping; rates are determined dynamically by our carrier partners. You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.

Free Shipping Eligibility

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Any free shipping offer will be clearly advertised on our website and will be subject to specific terms (e.g., minimum order value). Free shipping, when offered, applies to standard shipping within the contiguous United States only unless otherwise stated.


International Shipping

Gloria Bloom proudly serves customers around the world. We ship to many international destinations, subject to the following terms.

International Shipping Methods

We ship international orders via USPS International or UPS Worldwide, depending on the destination and package characteristics. International delivery typically takes 10-21 business days, though this can vary significantly based on:

  • Destination country

  • Customs processing times

  • Carrier schedules

  • Local postal service efficiency

International Shipping Rates

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight and dimensions

  • Destination country

  • Selected shipping service

These rates include transportation to the destination country but do not include customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Important: International customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, value-added taxes (VAT), brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country of residence.

  • These fees are not included in our shipping charges

  • We cannot predict or calculate these fees for you

  • Customs fees are determined by your local government and are based on the value of your order

  • Please check with your local customs office before ordering to understand potential fees

Customs Clearance:

  • Orders may be held by customs for inspection, which can delay delivery

  • You are responsible for providing any information requested by customs

  • If you refuse to pay customs fees or fail to clear your package, it may be abandoned or returned to us. In such cases, we reserve the right to deduct return shipping and handling costs from any refund

International Restrictions

Some products may not be eligible for international shipping due to:

  • Size or weight restrictions

  • Prohibited materials (certain papers with glitter or other materials may be restricted by some countries)

  • Import restrictions in the destination country

If a product in your cart is restricted for international shipping to your location, you will be notified at checkout.


Shipping Carriers

We partner with the following carriers to deliver your orders:

We select the carrier for each order based on the shipping method selected, package characteristics, and destination. You cannot request a specific carrier at checkout.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Your tracking number

  • A link to the carrier’s tracking portal

  • The shipping method used

How to Track:

  1. Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email

  2. Or copy the tracking number and enter it on the carrier’s website

  3. Or log into your Gloria Bloom account and view order history

Tracking Updates:

  • Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to appear after you receive the shipping confirmation

  • Some carriers update tracking more frequently than others

  • International tracking may have limited visibility once the package leaves the United States


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Lost Packages

If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery window:

  1. Check the tracking information for updates or delivery exceptions

  2. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number

  3. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, contact us within 30 days of the shipping date

We will work with the carrier to file a lost package claim. If the claim is approved, we will either:

  • Send a replacement order (if inventory permits)

  • Issue a full refund

Important: Lost package claims must be initiated within 30 days of the shipping date. Claims after 30 days may not be honored by carriers.

Delayed Packages

Weather, carrier backlogs, customs delays, and other factors can cause delivery delays. While we cannot control these factors, we will:

  • Assist you in contacting the carrier

  • Provide any necessary documentation for carrier inquiries

  • Keep you informed of any information we receive about the delay

We do not offer refunds for delayed packages unless the delay exceeds 30 days beyond the estimated delivery window and the package is confirmed lost.

Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package:

  1. Check with household members, neighbors, or building management

  2. Wait 2-3 days – carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered before they actually arrive

  3. Contact the carrier to verify the delivery location

  4. If the package remains missing, contact us within 10 days of the delivery date

We will work with the carrier to investigate. However, once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are generally not responsible for theft. We recommend:

  • Having packages delivered to a secure location

  • Using a work address if no one is home during the day

  • Signing up for carrier delivery alerts


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses at checkout.

If you realize you entered an incorrect address:

  • Contact us immediately at gloriabloom.llc@gmail.com

  • If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to correct the address

  • If your order has already shipped, we cannot redirect it

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address:

  • We will notify you via email

  • You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping to the correct address

  • If you prefer a refund instead of reshipment, the refund will exclude original shipping costs and may be reduced by return shipping fees

Undeliverable Packages:
If a package is deemed undeliverable by the carrier (e.g., insufficient address, recipient unknown, refused), it will be returned to us. The same reshipment or refund terms apply as above.


Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, we may split the order into multiple shipments to:

  • Get products to you faster (partial shipments)

  • Ship from different warehouses

  • Comply with carrier size or weight limits

You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments. Each shipment will have its own tracking number, and you will receive separate shipping confirmation emails.


Shipping to PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

PO Boxes (Domestic):
We ship to valid PO Box addresses within the United States using USPS. PO Box deliveries typically take 3-7 business days plus processing time.

APO/FPO Addresses (Military Mail):
We ship to APO (Army Post Office) and FPO (Fleet Post Office) addresses using USPS. Important considerations:

  • Delivery times can be 2-4 weeks or longer depending on the military postal system

  • Tracking may be limited once the package enters the military mail system

  • We cannot expedite delivery to APO/FPO addresses


Peak Season Shipping

During peak seasons (typically November through January), please expect:

  • Extended processing times (3-5 business days instead of 1-2)

  • Longer delivery times due to carrier volume

  • Potential temporary suspension of expedited shipping options

We will post notices on our website if peak season delays are expected. We recommend ordering early for holiday deliveries.


Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to the following locations:

  • Countries subject to U.S. trade sanctions or embargoes

  • Certain remote or restricted areas as determined by our carriers

  • Freight forwarders (at our discretion)

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that we believe is bound for a restricted destination.
