Our Commitment to Your Satisfaction

At Gloria Bloom LLC, we want you to love everything you purchase from us. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, or you may change your mind about an item. This Refund and Return Policy explains your rights and our obligations when you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order with Gloria Bloom, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this policy.


30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy for most products purchased directly from gloriabloom.shop. The 30-day period begins on the date you receive your order (as evidenced by carrier tracking information).

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

  • The product must be unused, unaltered, and in its original condition

  • The product must be in its original packaging, including all tags, inserts, and accessories

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Products that cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards (non-refundable)

  • Digital downloads or printable products (due to their nature, these cannot be returned)

  • Perishable goods (none sold currently)

  • Personal care items (if introduced)

  • Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked as such on the product page)

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or accident


Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact Us
Send an email to gloriabloom.llc@gmail.com with the subject line “Return Request – [Your Order Number]”. Include the following information:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Product(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange (if applicable)

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Once we review your request, we will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions. Do not send your return without an RMA number – unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Step 3: Pack Your Return
Carefully pack the product(s) in their original packaging. Include all original accessories, tags, and inserts. Write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the shipping package.

Step 4: Ship Your Return
Ship the return package to the address provided in your RMA instructions. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance. Gloria Bloom is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

Step 5: Await Processing
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for inspection and processing. We will notify you via email when your refund or exchange has been processed.


Refund Options

Depending on the reason for your return and your preferences, you may be eligible for the following types of refunds:

Full Refund (Original Payment Method)

Eligible for:

  • Products returned due to our error (wrong item sent, product defect, etc.)

  • Unopened, unused products returned within 30 days

Refund amount: Full purchase price (excluding original shipping charges unless the return is due to our error)

Partial Refund

May be issued for:

  • Products returned with minor damage or missing non-essential components

  • Returns received after 30 days but within 45 days (at our discretion)

  • Products that show signs of use but are otherwise in good condition

Refund amount: Determined on a case-by-case basis, typically 50-75% of the purchase price

Store Credit (Gift Card)

If you prefer store credit to a refund to your original payment method, we are happy to accommodate this request. Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase.

Exchange

If you would like to exchange a product for a different item, please initiate a return as described above and place a new order for the desired product. We do not hold inventory for exchanges, so placing a new order ensures you secure the item you want.

If you receive a prepaid return label from us, you must use that label for the return to be processed. If you use your own shipping method for a return that qualifies for our prepaid label, we will not reimburse your shipping costs.


Damaged or Defective Products

We take great care in packaging your orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, despite our best efforts, damage can occasionally occur during transit.

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Do not discard the original packaging – we may need photos of the packaging to file claims with our shipping partners

  2. Take clear photographs of the damage, including close-ups of the damaged product(s) and wider shots showing the packaging condition

  3. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at gloriabloom.llc@gmail.com with “Damaged Order – [Your Order Number]” in the subject line

  4. Include your photos and a description of the damage in your email

We will review your claim and respond within 2 business days. Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • A full refund (including original shipping costs)

  • A replacement product shipped at no cost to you

  • A partial refund if the damage is minor and you wish to keep the product

Note: Claims for damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days, we may be unable to process damage claims due to carrier deadlines.


Wrong or Missing Items

If you receive an item that you did not order, or if an item is missing from your shipment:

  1. Do not open or use the wrong item (if it was sent in error)

  2. Contact us immediately at gloriabloom.llc@gmail.com with “Order Error – [Your Order Number]” in the subject line

  3. Include a photo of the packing slip and the items you received

We will investigate and typically resolve within 2 business days. Resolution options include:

  • Shipping the correct item to you at no additional cost

  • Issuing a refund for the missing item

  • Providing a prepaid return label for the wrong item (if we request its return)

In most cases, we do not require you to return low-value wrong items – we will simply refund or replace as appropriate.


Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel an order before it has been processed for shipping.

How to cancel:
Send an email to gloriabloom.llc@gmail.com with “Cancel Order – [Your Order Number]” in the subject line as quickly as possible after placing your order.

Timing matters:

  • If your order has not yet been processed: We will cancel it and issue a full refund

  • If your order has been processed but not yet shipped: We will attempt to intercept the order. If successful, we will cancel and refund. If not, you may need to return the order following our standard return process.

  • If your order has already shipped: The order cannot be canceled. You may return the unopened items following our return policy.


Refund Processing Times

Once we approve your refund, we will initiate the refund through Stripe to your original payment method.

Please note that Gloria Bloom cannot control how quickly your bank or card issuer posts the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund and you still do not see the funds, please contact us.


Non-Returnable Items and Final Sales

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Gift cards – these cannot be returned or exchanged for cash (except where required by law)

  • Digital products – due to the nature of digital downloads, these are final sale

  • Clearance items – products marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” cannot be returned

  • Bulk or wholesale orders – custom terms apply to wholesale purchases

International Returns

Returning products from outside the United States is possible but involves additional considerations:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error

  • Customs fees – you are responsible for any customs or import fees associated with the return

  • Return shipping time – international returns may take significantly longer to reach us (up to 4-6 weeks)

  • Tracking required – we strongly recommend using a trackable international shipping method
